Benefit 1: A bespoke e-Flyer will be produced and distributed by Unitbase.co.uk, highlighting and promoting your property/properties.  These e-flyers will be sent to over 10000 industry contacts and tracked by our state of the art online marketing system, helping us evaluate the success of each email campaign.

 

 

 

Benefit 2: Unitbase.co.uk will also produce a professional corporate video of your property / properties, which will be uploaded onto our very own online channel UBTV. We believe image is everything and think that profiling properties into video content maximises the number of hires we can achieve at your property. We recommend this usually takes place at the first shoot taking place at the property.
